I want to start a weekly series of discussion post where a topic is picked and we have an open discussion of our thoughts and opinions. I have a few topics in mind but I open the floor to suggestions. In the video game industry, today's games usually have several modes unique to them. Two of those modes, single-player and multiplayer have become a norm for most game. Single-player is all about experiencing the story behind the game, watching beautifully rendered cut scenes and getting to know the main character(s). Multiplayer on the other hand is all about interacting with multiply players across the world while adhering to the game world and mechanics. I have to say, the more I see of Watchdogs Legion, the more I can't wait to get my hands on it. Watchdogs Legion is shaping up to be quite the ambitious game. This trailer shows us some more of the characters we can recruit and play as: from the run-of-the-mil to a professional. We even get a glimpse of this games "bad-guy". Watchdogs Legion is set to be release this October 12th. What I really like is the player choice in this game. We can recruit based on our play-style. The year 2020 was set to be a phenomenal year for video games; and don't get me wrong, it still is. However, a lot of the games that were coming out early in the year have since been DELAYED. The Final Fantasy VII Remake, Doom Eternal and now the wildly anticipated Cyberpunk 2077 from CD Projekt Red, creators of the acclaimed Witcher series has also been delayed. How long is this delay you ask? Well the game was set to be out in April but now it's slated for September. That is an unbelievably long time to wait for a game that's been on everyone wanted list. Sigh. CD Projekt Red confirmed the delay via a message on their twitter page and the later in an official post. Sad to see this happen to a game I was literally planning on making my life for the next few years. ==== Courtesy of Games News Network
