Video Games are a unique media that are enjoyed by people, both young and old worldwide. Adults, teens, and kids all play games to escape to a fantasy world, educate themselves, get up and dance or just socialize with friends.
My aim in creating Games News Network is to build a place where I could show others all the great games, media and news that come out of the industry. It's all about giving back to an industry that has given gamers so much.
OMG. There are certain instances when E3 is happening that a great game is announced. This is that instance. BIOWARE just announced their next game and man is it beautiful. It's an open-world RPG much like, and I hate to make the comparison but, Destiny. Only thing is, it looks so accessible. I'll get the Xbox One X just so that I can play this game with friends and experience it at it's best.
This Prey reboot is shaping up to be a different type of shooter. One releasing on May 5th according to this trailer. In this trailer, we get a glimpse at the story and more gameplay. I'm looking forward to this game.
It's been some time since I saw anything for Injustice 2 and one of the most important things I was hoping for was a release date. Well here it is, May 19th. We can jump back into the story of Injustice with new and returning characters including Darkside and Brainiac.
We finally get a release day for the long anticipated The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and we won't have to wait too long. The game will be released on March 3rd as a Nintendo Switch release game. This news comes straight from the Nintendo Switch event that occurred yesterday.
Happy New Year to everyone. I wanted to wait until next week to start posting for the new year but we're already receiving great news about upcoming games. One such piece of news is Mass Effect Andromeda's release date. The game is set to be released on March 21st in the US and the 23rd in the UK. That is right around the corner.
Also coming out of CES is a new gameplay vid that shows off some of the menus and how you switch different abilities and classes.
Niantic Labs has officially announced that more Pokemon are coming to their AR game Pokemon Go over the next few months. Right now players will be able to get Pichu and Togepi in the gameworld either from catching them or hatching them from eggs.
This new update will get me back onto the game to see what I can catch and that can definitely be said about others who haven't played the games in some time.
