TT Games are poised to do it again with another hit LEGO game. LEGO Marvel Super Heroes was announced earlier today and will include never before seen LEGO characters from the Marvel universe. I cannot wait to see LEGO Spider-Man and please tell me Cyclops will be part of this game, ERMAHGERD!! Ahem, sorry about that, got abit carried away. Right then. I couldn't be more excited for this game, I've come to enjoy the silly antics that TT Games comes up with for their LEGO games and with this one pulling some major character it'll definitely be a fun play. I thoroughly enjoy my experiences with Traveller's Tales Lego games. Star Wars, Harry Potter, Pirates of the Caribbean and now The Lord of the Rings. It will be the second Lego game to include voiced characters, which in I've come to learn doesn't decrease from the overall entertainment and humor of the game.

By now I'm sure we've all had the chance to play or experience one of Traveller's Tales Lego games. Even if you haven't, chances are that you know someone who has and they can tell you the fun to be had from these games.  The latest installment, Lego Batman 2: DC Superheroes falls into the same categories as the previous installments but manages to bring something new to the Lego franchise. Lego Batman was an unbelievably good time and let you play as several well known characters from the Batman universe. Lego Batman 2 follows the same template with a few changes. For the first time, in any Lego game, the characters are fully voiced. Batman, Superman, Robin, Catwoman and all the characters have a voice this time around--even the lesser known characters. What also makes this Lego game so different is the inclusion of an open city to explore. The LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes demo has made its way to a console near your. Before buying the game, which was also released today, you can get your hand on Batman, Robin and several of his super hero pals as they try to stop the Joker and Lex from having their way with Gotham City.

A screen capture from a listing on ShopTo (which has been removed) has revealed the next franchise to become a Lego video game. The listing for Lego Lord of the Rings had a October 26 release date. Of course nothing is confirmed yet but here's to hoping we'll see a reveal soon, E3 perhaps.  Until then as Gollum would say "We wants it".
