We've all been eager to see what Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 has been planning for their Battle Royal mode and here it is. This is most certainly a Black Ops game. The gameplay shows off so much, it's impossible to just imagine how crazy this mode will be. One thing I can say is that it looks intense. From ATVs to Helicopters, even Wingsuits. I wasn't expecting this. I really wasn't; I don't think anyone was. CD PROJEKT RED has released the E3 gameplay demo of their upcoming cyberpunk RPG, Cypberpunk 2077. This was the demo that only a select few got to see and everyone was talking about nearly a week after seeing it and I can see why. This game looks absolutely brilliant. There's so much in this gameplay demo to go through that I think it's good to watch it yourself and make your own judgment about the game. I want it now. I want to create my own character. With Gamescom 2018 kicking off today it's no surprise that we're getting new information about a recently announced, fan favorite, Devil May Cry V . Nero is back but this time he's different, well his arm is at least. In the demo (below) we see him utilizing a robotic, disposable arm that gets used up as he continues to fight demons. What's interesting is that as he uses them up he's able to replenish them as pickups from the environment around him. Devil May Cry has always been over the top and the trailer doesn't pull any punches there. From riding a rocket to using a bike as a weapon only to ride it again. Only Devil May Cry can pull something some wonderful off. I was never expecting to get a release date for this so soon after it was announced but it seems we'll be able to get our hands on this early next year on March 8th. Marvel Spider-Man is three short weeks away from it's September 7th release date. This new trailer explores the open world of New York City. You get glimpses of all the notable landmarks around the city as Spidey traverses between them fighting crime and grabbing collectibles. We even get to see him using the metro. Destiny 2 was released back in September of last year and since then has received a lot of criticism from fans for things they've done since release. Destiny 2: Forsaken, set to be released in under a month on September 4th is poised to change the game for the better. And here it is. The gameplay reveal for Rockstar Games Red Dead Redemption II. This game looks beautiful, to say the least. The way they allow you to interact with the world is beyond impressive. From talking to your teammates to a passerby, you can do so much and hunting animals for money or loot...just wow. This is just the first part, aptly titled An Introduction, with more to come. Happy New Year to everyone. I wanted to wait until next week to start posting for the new year but we're already receiving great news about upcoming games. One such piece of news is Mass Effect Andromeda's release date. The game is set to be released on March 21st in the US and the 23rd in the UK. That is right around the corner. Also coming out of CES is a new gameplay vid that shows off some of the menus and how you switch different abilities and classes. March cannot come soon enough. --- Courtesy of Games News Network

Blizzard has pulled the curtain back on their latest addition to the Overwatch roster. Sombra, an infiltrator with the the ability to cloak, teleport short range and hack enemy abilities and pickups. It would seem that she's out for her own sake and not interested in the motivations of others. Information is power as she puts it. I think I love her. As usual Blizzard has release a new gameplay video as well as an animated short to showoff Sombra. Bethesda Softworks has released two gameplay trailers showing two different ways of playing a mission in the game. The Low Chaos or Stealth way(below) and the High Chaos or Lethal way(above) and their respective abilities are highlighted within each video. Mortal Kombat X has been officially announced with a stunning cinematic-gameplay trailer. It's so beautifully done that I, one, can't wait to see more of this game and two, really want to go play the last Mortal Kombat game.  In the trailer there are several nodes to other games and previous MK titles. X-ray attacks are back, weapons and what looks like more emphasis on using the environment.  This trailer comes days before the Electronic Entertainment Expo kicks off on June 10th. You can expect to see more about the game then before it's released sometime next year. I'm curious what else this latest installment will have in store for us and we can already tell that Sub-Zero and Scorpion will be making a return, although redesigned (which I love). Today a gorgeous trailer was released for the upcoming Dragon Age: Inquisition game by Bioware. All I can say is that it looks breathtaking and not just the visuals but the new enemies, mechanics, and as well combat. About a week ago the first gameplay video of Kingdom Hearts 3 made its way to the internet. It came via the D23 Expo  Japan   2013 celebrating the 90th Anniversary of the Walt Disney Company and the 30th Anniversary of the Tokyo Disney Resort. The trailer sees Sora and company doing battle against several baddies and displays several new gameplay mechanics. What totally slays me is the transformation the Keyblade goes through, becoming a blaster. This new transformation is called, wait for it, Keyblade Transformation and varies depending on the Keyblade equipped. This new element is sure to hold a lot of surprises when KH 3 launches, I'm excited at the possibilities. The trailer then goes into Sora fighting enemies while riding on the helm of a Pirate Ship and a battle between Sora and a titan while riding a roller coaster, which is impressive to say the least. We all know who is the bad guy in Borderlands 2 is, but if you don't let me introduce you to Handsome Jack. He has a word or two for the vault hunters and according to him it'll take quite the arsenal to stop him.

I'm always taken aback by how impressive the Call of Duty trailers are and the new multiplayer reveal trailer is no exception. New weapons, weapon attachments, perks and more make for one hell of a good time.

With Sleeping Dogs [formerly True Crime:  Hong Kong] set to be released on August 14th, United Front Games has released another gameplay video. This time it focuses on Police Investigations.

Okay its official, Ubisoft absolutely stole E3 today. Their presentation was all about their upcoming titles; Far Cry 3, Just Dance 4, Assassins Creed III and Rayman Legends made their E3 conference. What made Rayman Legends gameplay standout was it was demoed on the Wii U and the integration with the Wii U gamepad shows off a different way to play. From beginning to end the Ubisoft Conference gives you want you want to see.  Rayman Legends and Far Cry 3 impressed but what everyone was waiting for was the Assassins Creed gameplay footage. Not to mention the impressive opening with Flo Rida and Just Dance 4. Assassins Creed III really takes your breath away with the new gameplay mechanics, the way Connor interacts with his environment and just the scale of it all. Ubisoft definitely has the right idea and they're going to have an impressive year ahead of them.
