Tekken is one of the best and longest running fighting franchises out there. With Tekken 7 being out for more than two years now fans are still receiving more from the developer. Talk about fan service. This time around it's the announcement of additional characters coming to the game including Anna Williams and Lei Wulong (one of my favs from past games). That's not all however, there will also be a Walking Dead character crossing over. That character is none other than Negan. He marks one of six new characters coming to the game for Season Pass 2. It was a busy weekend and I completely missed this one, but being a long-time fan of the fighting series I always enjoy these little surprises. Final Fantasy XV 's Noctis will be going the ranks of Jin and the rest. Granted I would have loved to see one of the older Tekken characters returning like say Bruce or even Gon, just for laughs. However, seeing as we have Akuma from Street Fighter in the game what's another crossover character. Tekken is one of my favorite fighting franchises, so when the first article I read in the morning is  this , it makes me a bit uneasy and upset.  I met, as in watched the reveal trailer for, Josie Rizal yesterday and loved her fighting style. I'm even thought of adding her as one of my faves and I haven't even played with her yet. That's how much I like the character, even knowing so little. The same way I did Alisa, Lili, Larz and all my other favorite characters. Now at the time of watching I didn't know she was Filipino until I read the article by Kotaku. So when I see it being said that she isn't authentic enough to be considered Filipino I think to myself REALLY. She's a character in a game that's based of a Filipino national hero. She's wearing the country's color and is using their fighting style but that's not enough. She has to be more aesthetically Filipino to actually count as being Filipino and to correct any misconceptions she...
