DmC: Devil May Cry Gets Release Date

Capcom has today announced the release date for their upcoming DmC Reboot. The game will hit stores on January 15, 2013; which is not their projected release window of this year as they've stated on several occasion. The game may have been pushed back but we can still look forward to seeing a few new bits from DmC: Devil May Cry when Capcom and Ninja Theory shows it off at E3 in a few weeks. Here's also hoping that they decide to release a demo for the game.

London, UK. - May 22, 2012 - Capcom®, a leading worldwide developer and publisher of video games, today announced the release date for DmC Devil May Cry™. Developed by critically acclaimed Cambridge based developer Ninja Theory in close collaboration with Capcom, DmC Devil May Cry will release for PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system and Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft® on January 15 2013 in North America and Europe. In addition, Capcom also confirmed that PC gamers will also be able to experience the title with the news that development of a Windows PC version is well underway with a release scheduled for later in 2013. 
DmC Devil May Cry will be fully localised with voice talent in English, French, German, Spanish and Italian and in addition, Polish, Dutch, Russian, and Brazilian Portuguese languages will be supported with localised text. 
DmC Devil May Cry will be one of Capcom's featured titles at its E3 booth (#1047 South Hall)

As a consumer society we like, need and want different things and with a variety of options getting them can easily be achieved. When you apply this to the video game industry you get games in the various versions, from Regular to Limited Editions, to Collector’s and Deluxe Editions. In addition to these editions, retailers often take it upon themselves to offer pre-order incentives. Pre-Ordering will give you access to a specific item, weapon or accessory, a discount or some other incentive that is unique to the store to get customer to buy from that retailer. In 2011 we saw several games receive the incentives treatment and a few that received retailer specific incentives. Its now 2012 and retailers are back at it again. Mass Effect 3: Operation RESURGENCE

The next operation for Mass Effect 3 is about to begin. BioWare recently released the Resurgence Multiplayer which includes several new classes, weapons and maps. To go with this release this weekend's event will be codename RESURGENCE. All participating squads in this event will earn +10% experience when playing on the new Firebase maps: Hydra and Condor. In addition if you play this weekend you'll be rewarded with a Reserves Pack which contains one of the new class characters. This operation is only for XBOX360 and PC user and will run from Friday, April 13th at 5PM PST and ends Monday, April 16th at 5AM PST.
